I requested PR for 2 tradelines and a public record. The CRA gave me the normal generic PR information along with an addresses only. I then sent another letter requesting the deletion of the items due to their failure...Their response was to put the items in dispute again...I sent an ITS letter...no response...contacted the CRA legal department via email and they proceeded to try and provide me via fax the procedural documents again this time telling me that they used an electonic verification system. Sent an email that it was still not proper and that the items should be deleted. They send another fax...this time giving me the same address for the tradelines and this time telling me that they contacted Dolan Information Services for the public record...Again no contact name or when they made contact...

If you have not created positive open accounts in good standing, especially revolving accounts, then you can suffer a point drop when the negative accounts come off.

Ok...I bit the bullet and applied for a Lowe's store card...APPROVED for 300!!!!!!!!! My Fako is 577 on EQ, but I'm not sure who they pulled. I'll let you all know when I do a PG check tomorrow!
