Unfortunately, a gift from a relative is out of the question. My husband's parents live solely on social security and only have $25,000 in their IRA. My parents MIGHT be inclined to take an IRA withdrawel and LEND us the money but I hesitate to even ask. Money is a pretty sore topic with my Dad, he has it and he wants to keep it that way hehe.

At this point I am waiting for the OCC to respond.

Today I had a call from one of my creditors regarding how my BK was reported, next to their paid up/affirmed loans....she had me fax my copy of my CR and told me she would look into it....here's hoping the wheels are turning into something favorable....It's a small thing but just the start. Since I've found this board I have already sent out letters to CA's regarding payment for deletion. That's just since Sunday. Again, I'm thankful this board is here and while I recognize it's going to be a slow process, it's one that I never would've started if not for this place...
