My loan is through Countrywide for a 30 year fixed loan @ 5.75% on the 1st and a heloc @ prime 2.5% due to the high LTV. My scores at the time were in the 700's. Due to all the extra debt, scores are now in the mid 600's:(

Can you subpoena through small claims? I thought that only occured during discovery, which isn't part of the small claims process here in Utah. Just check your local rules to make sure you can do what you want
